Questions companies ask

Short answers on cost, verification, confidentiality, disputes and what to expect from a first posting.

What does it cost to post? #

Nothing. You pay when you fund a milestone of a contract, and Auditly's fee is a percentage of each released milestone. There is no subscription. The rate is published before launch.

How do I know an auditor is who they say they are? #

Every credential on a profile was checked by a reviewer against the issuing body's register or the certificate itself, and it stops counting when it expires. Ratings come only from reviews written after engagements the platform recorded. Years of experience are what the auditor lists; completed engagements are what the platform counted.

Why can I not see the auditor's name? #

Identities are hidden on both sides until a contract is funded, so bids are compared on the record rather than on a name, and nobody is contacted outside the platform before a commitment. Read how Auditly works.

Is the auditor independent? #

Each bid carries a declaration of any earlier work with your company, and the platform checks it against the engagements it recorded. An engagement that would compromise independence, such as auditing a system the same person implemented, is stopped at the bid.

Who can see our documents? #

Only the parties to the contract, and an Auditly mediator if a dispute is opened. Files are encrypted at rest, and every download is logged. Nothing in the evidence register is deleted, so the record is complete.

Does Auditly certify us? #

No. Auditly is the marketplace and the workspace. Certification is issued by the auditor and their accreditation body under their own rules; a readiness or internal audit prepares you for it.

What if the work is not what we agreed? #

Send the milestone back with what is missing. If the revision does not settle it, open a dispute on that milestone; a mediator reads both sides and decides. The milestone is not released while the dispute is open. See milestones and escrow.

Is money actually moving? #

Not yet. Funding and release are recorded and shown, and every money screen says settlement is pending until the payment provider is connected. The steps you take do not change when it is.

Can my colleagues use the account? #

Yes. Invite them from Settings and give each a set of permissions.
