Your profile and credentials

What a company sees #

Before a company funds a contract with you, it sees your profile without your identity: your rating, your checked credentials, your years of experience and roles, your day rate if you list one, and your bid. Your name, photo, links and contact details are shown only once the contract is funded. That is deliberate: it puts every bidder on the same footing, and it keeps the work on the platform until both sides have committed.

Building the profile #

From Profile, fill in:

• Headline and summary: who you are as an auditor, in two or three sentences.
• Frameworks: which standards you audit, and at what level for each (support, lead, certification).
• Experience: roles with employer type, years, and what you did. The platform separately counts the engagements it has recorded for you; those are shown as completed engagements, not as claimed years.
• Languages, industries, countries you work in; a company filters on these.
• Day rate and availability, if you want to state them.
• Photo. One upload, shown wherever your name is once it is revealed.

A profile strength indicator shows what is still missing; a fuller profile is what a company sees when it cannot yet see you.

Credentials and how they are checked #

Add each certification under Credentials: the issuing body, the certificate number, the issue and expiry dates, and either a link to your entry in the issuer's public register or an upload of the certificate.

A reviewer at Auditly checks the credential against that source and records how it was checked. Only a credential that passes shows on your profile with the checked mark. A credential stops counting once it expires; update it when you renew. A credential that cannot be checked is returned to you with the reason.

Independence #

Your bids carry a declaration of any earlier work with the company posting. The platform knows the engagements it recorded between you and confirms or corrects the declaration on the bid; see find projects and bid.
